Fragments of memories come to us in waves. We receive quick transmissions of information we absorbed and immediately stored. My process as a whole represents this digestion of information. I mostly use a collage-type of approach when doing “sketches” and planning stages. The immediateness of compositional changes helps me not to become too attached to things that do not work.
