This triple self-portrait composition was an exploration of high contrast in light and warm and cool colors. The scene I captured is of myself in my room, studying for my academics. As I read through the pages of a book, my mind wanders, and I’m transported to a futuristic subterranean world. I pay close attention to the placement of objects to ensure that smaller shapes balance the figures.
